Scope

These terms govern the creation and sale of personalised decorative pillows made from a photograph supplied by the customer.

How ordering works

A request placed on this site is not a firm sale. It opens a conversation: we prepare a proof of your design and submit it to you.

The order becomes firm when you approve the design in writing. Production begins only then.

Approval and revisions

Once approved in writing, the design is considered accepted and production starts.

Prices

Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars and in euros. These are two separately established commercial price lists, not an automatic conversion.

Shipping is quoted separately and confirmed with your quote.

Payment

Lead times

5–7 working days of production after approval, then shipping. These are indicative and may extend in peak season. [PLACEHOLDER]

Right of withdrawal — important

Melo Pillow cushions are made to your specifications and personalised at your request. They are therefore excluded from the fourteen-day right of withdrawal provided by European consumer law for custom-made goods.

This exclusion is disclosed to you before ordering, and it is precisely why you approve the design before anything is made.

Faults and non-conformity

If the piece you receive has a manufacturing fault or does not match the design you approved, write to us within 14 days with photographs. We remake the piece or refund you.

A slight difference between the digital proof and the printed fabric is not a fault: ink on denim canvas does not behave like a screen.

Your rights in the photograph

You warrant that you hold the rights to the photograph you send and, if it shows a minor, that you are the parent or legal guardian. You grant us a strictly limited right to use it to create and produce your order.

Intellectual property

Melo Pillow creations, illustrations, compositions and collections remain our property. You acquire the object, not the rights to exploit the artwork.

Care

The artwork is heat-transferred. Cold wash, inside out, air dry, and never iron directly on the artwork. Damage resulting from care outside these instructions is not covered.
