From your photo to your pillow.
Four steps, one photograph to send us. We prepare your design and you approve it before anything is made.
01 — Choose your format and style
Square 45 × 45 cm or rectangular 30 × 50 cm. Then Melo Original, where your photograph stays itself, or Melo Art, where it becomes a painted portrait.
Format sets the price. Both are personalised in exactly the same way.
02 — Send us your photo
Through the creation form or on WhatsApp. One photo is enough. If it will not work, we tell you before we start — never after.
03 — We create your design, you approve it
Our atelier prepares the photograph, composes it within its field and adds your chosen decoration. You receive a proof.
Nothing is printed or sewn before your written approval. One round of revisions is included.
04 — We make it and ship it
Printing, transfer, sewing and finishing at the atelier. Allow 5–7 days after approval, then shipping.

- A sharp, well-lit face, ideally in natural light
- A recent phone photo works perfectly well
- The face fills a good part of the frame
- Avoid very dark, blurred or heavily cropped images
- One photo per person shown
What if I am not sure?
Send the photo anyway. We will tell you honestly whether it will make a beautiful piece, and suggest an alternative if it will not.
