Ordering & creation
- Can I see the design before it is made? — Yes, always. You receive a proof and nothing is made before your written approval.

- Can I order without a photo right away? — Yes. Tick "I would rather send my photo later" and we will write to collect it.
- How many people on one pillow? — One or two on the square, up to three or four on the rectangular depending on composition.
Photos
- What photo quality do I need? — Sharp, well lit, face visible. A recent phone photo works.
- Can I send an old or scanned photo? — Often yes. Send it and we will tell you honestly what can be made from it.
- What happens to my photo afterwards? — It is stored privately and deleted 90 days after delivery. See our privacy policy.
Product & care

- How do I wash it? — Cold, inside out, air dry. Never iron directly on the artwork.
